An affirmation is such a simple and powerful way of staying positive. The way you think has a direct impact on the way you act and the way others act around you. Use an affirmation for self-esteem, spirituality, relationships, emotional healing, creativity, or for something specific like quitting smoking or starting exercising. Find yourself an affirmation and write it down, every morning. Repeat it every night before bed. Tell it to your family and friends. Type it in a big, pretty font on your computer and set it as your background or print it out. Pin it on your wall or fridge, or fold it and carry it in your pocket.
