Review of: Tarot of the Mystic Spiral

I’ve been interested in Tarot for quite a long time and I’ve done a ridiculous amount of reading and research on the cards and spreads. I was actually nervous to buy a deck but I finally bought one, then quickly bought 2 more. There are still 20 more I want! I can’t pin-point it but I’m just drawn like a magnet to Tarot decks. The stories of the cards fascinate me and I love holding them. They sit proudly on my nightstand (probably to my boyfriends dismay). The 3 decks I have are the Deviant Moon Tarot, the Mystic Dreamer Tarot, and my absolute favorite the Tarot of the Mystic Spiral. This deck gets it’s name because of the importance of the spiral in nature and each card incorporates a spiral or circle into the picture. The little white booklet gives rather vague descriptions (not excellent for a beginner) but if you’re familiar with the Rider-Waite deck, you will recognize the symbolism in this deck. I notice a huge amount of decks aimed towards teens and young adults that feature hip/trendy and girly characters, but this deck is sophisticated, artistic, and interesting. The card names are listed in multiple languages which I find neat. The borders are not large and distracting. I definitely recommend this beautiful and artistic set!
